Reel to Reel Flexible PCB imaging machine
The machine shown below is a high precision PCB imaging system for Flexible PCBs. This has been developed from concept to completion in record time. There are 12 axes of motion, 200 digital inputs and outputs, 10 analog inputs and outputs, Vision system, Collimated Optics and a pneumatics. All motion and I/O operations are event driven and parallel in execution. The architecture is driven by Ethernet communications and is controlled by a touch screen PC that runs our proprietary, intuitive, highly responsive GUI.
